Standard products
Unused standard products may be eligible for return after approval. Customers should contact us before shipping anything back.
Custom products
Custom diameters, custom iris patterns, modified camera cavities, and made-to-order structures may not be refundable after production starts unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Defects and damage
If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed specification, customers should contact us with photos and order details.
PayPal refunds
Approved refunds are processed through PayPal or the original payment method where possible.
