Camera-Ready Eyeball Installation Notes
How to plan pupil holes, rear cavities, cable exits, and mounting direction before ordering.
Measure the head opening first
Measure the visible opening, inner clearance, and rear depth. A 50mm eyeball may fit the visible face but still need extra rear space for a camera module and cable bend.
Choose the camera cavity
Small eyes can use compact modules. Larger 50mm, 70mm, and 100mm eyes can support deeper rear cavities and M12-style lens modules.
Confirm cable direction
Cable exit direction matters for robot heads and sculptures. Note whether the cable exits straight back, downward, or through a side channel.
